RENT TO OWN CONTRACT - Show References on Shed Suite for Delivery Driver

Can we collect the references and secondary numbers, display them on shedsuite under "ORDER DETAILS?"
We run into customers being busy and our delivery drivers can't reach them.
We have to stop what we are doing, find the order, open the RTO CONTRACT, and get the numbers and call them.
WOULD BE SUPER HELPFUL!!
